June 30 | Anacostia Coordinating Council Monthly Meeting

The Anacostia Coordinating Council (ACC) is inviting residents and community stakeholders to its monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, for an afternoon of updates, discussion, and community recognition.

The meeting will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Martha's Table, 2375 Elvans Road SE, and will also be streamed live on ACC's Facebook page and at tinyurl.com/ACC-Monthly for those unable to attend in person.

This month's program will feature an update from Kimberlee Daniels, Interim CEO of Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, providing attendees with the latest news about the hospital and its ongoing work to serve the community.

The meeting will also include a community conversation on ranked-choice voting led by Kenyatta Smith of Grow Democracy DC, offering residents an opportunity to learn more about the voting system and ask questions.

In addition, attendees will join in celebrating the retirement of Rev. Monsignor Raymond G. East, recognizing his years of service and contributions to the community.

ACC's monthly meetings provide a forum for residents, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community leaders to stay informed about issues affecting the Anacostia community while engaging in meaningful conversations about neighborhood priorities.

The meeting is open to the public, and all interested community members are encouraged to attend in person or tune in online.
