Martha's Table Is Hiring for Two Community-Focused Positions

Youth Development Coordinator

This position focuses on supporting young people through mentorship, programming, and partnerships. Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners to support youth recruitment.

• Providing supervision and support for the MT Teen Lounge.

• Managing the selection and orientation process for Global Passport participants.

Volunteer Administrative Manager

This role helps strengthen Martha's Table's volunteer program by supporting and engaging community members who give their time to the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding volunteers throughout the volunteer life cycle and supporting the development of volunteer leaders.

• Maintaining and updating the volunteer database.

• Collaborating with program teams to create and enhance volunteer engagement opportunities.
