June 27 | Ward 7 Community Roll-Off Day Returns

Ward 7 residents will have another opportunity to dispose of unwanted household items and bulk trash during an upcoming Community Roll-Off Day hosted by Ward 7 MOCRS.

With Ward 7 home to an abundance of parks, open spaces, and natural areas, illegal dumping continues to be a challenge in some neighborhoods. Community Roll-Off Days provide residents with a convenient and responsible way to dispose of items that cannot be collected through regular household trash service, helping keep streets, parks, and public spaces clean and welcoming.

The event will take place on Saturday at the Joy Evans Recreation Center, located at 3030 G Street SE. Residents are encouraged to bring eligible bulk trash and household items for proper disposal.

Community clean-up efforts like these play an important role in preserving neighborhood pride, reducing illegal dumping, and protecting the quality of life for Ward 7 residents.
