Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company seeks a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns that drive ticket revenue, deepen audience engagement, and amplify Woolly’s bold artistic voice.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—overseeing campaign management, communications infrastructure, and revenue-focused initiatives—while managing a small but dynamic team and collaborating with Woolly’s strategic marketing partners. The Senior Manager will report to the General Manager and supervise the Digital Communications & Content Manager and the Marketing Associate.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns for single ticket sales, membership and subscription packages (featuring the Golden Ticket), and institutional initiatives
Develop timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure campaigns launch on time and on budget
Collaborate cross-departmentally to align marketing strategies with artistic, development, and institutional priorities
Oversee group sales strategy and execution to maximize audience growth and revenue
Revenue & Budget Management
Partner with senior leadership to set and meet earned revenue goals
Manage marketing budgets across campaigns, ensuring strategic allocation of resources
Collaborate with audience services on developing and executing pricing and inventory management strategies
Vendor & Advertising Management
Serve as primary liaison for external vendors, including press representatives, strategy and brand agencies, designers, printers, and advertising partners
Manage booking, trafficking, and fulfillment of advertising across digital and print channels
Ensure all ad placements align with campaign strategy and brand standards
