According to DDOT, paving activities are scheduled between Friday, September 25, and Friday, October 9, 2026, weather permitting, as part of the agency's ongoing efforts to improve and maintain local roadways.
The scheduled work includes streets in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7.

44th Street NE between Dix Street NE and Eads Street NE
49th Street NE between Brooks Street NE and Blaine Street NE
