WORK FROM HOME JOB ALERT | Program Director - $80K to $85K/year
The Program Director will work with IFE staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders and will report to the Executive Director. Working closely with the ExecutiveDirector and Marketing and Communications Manager, the Program Director will ensure that IFE members, stakeholders, and the field are well-served by a robust set of program offerings aligned to the strategic plan. The Program Director will play a lead role in all activities related to program strategy and implementation such as partner relations, event logistics, records and database management, writing, and outreach. The successful candidate will collaborate with staff, consultants, and volunteers to design, implement, and evaluate the success of all IFE programming and will have a proven ability to design, implement, and lead programmatic strategies, including in periods of rapid expansion. The role requires the ability to think as a strategic leader as well as be hands-on in program execution. This role is fully remote, with required travel throughout the year to implement IFE’s in-person programs and events.
Note: This role has the potential to grow into a Director of Programs role with management responsibilities within 1-2 years based on program team growth.
