Wanted | Two Suspects in Flagler Place Shooting

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying two suspects in an assault with a dangerous weapon (gun) offense that occurred in Northwest. 

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, at approximately 7:46 p.m., the suspects arrived on a moped the 2200 block of Flagler Place, Northwest. The suspects dismounted the moped, fired in the direction of the first victim, and struck a second victim. The suspects then fled the scene on the moped. The second victim was treated on scene for a graze wound. 
 
The suspects were captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the video.

Anyone who can identify these suspects or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.  The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a crime committed in the District of Columbia.
