On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the U.S. Department of Transportation will host a Construction Vehicle Display in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with this event, there will be parking restrictions and street closures motorists should take into consideration:

On Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 5:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., the following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking and closed to vehicular traffic:

  • New Jersey Avenue from M Street to Tingey Street, SE

  • Quander Street from Yards Place to New Jersey Avenue, SE
