From Friday, November 21, 2025, through Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the DowntownDC Holiday Market will take place in the District of Columbia. In conjunction with this event, there will be parking restrictions and street closures that motorists should take into consideration:
From Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 11:30 p.m. through Monday, December 29, 2025, at 1:00 a.m., the following streets will be posted as Emergency No Parking and closed to vehicle traffic:
F Street from 7th Street to 9th Street, NW
8th Street from E Street to F Street, NW (local traffic only)
Kimpton Hotel Monaco DC traffic may enter at 8th Street and E Street, NW during this timeframe.
