TRACTOR TRAILER LOT ON MALCOLM X?

I know I can't be the only one who notices the large number of tracker trailers that line Malcolm X Avenue off of 295. Does anyone know the story about that? I suppose they are doing anything wrong per se but I am just curious. What gives? Inquiring minds (mine) would like to know.
