Get ready for a night of style, music, culture, and Black excellence as District Noir: A Night of Black Excellence – CBC Edition takes over Zooz Cocktail Garden during Congressional Black Caucus week in Washington, DC.

Presented by Thursday Network and A1 Events, District Noir is being held in recognition of the 54th Annual Legislative Conference and will bring together professionals, changemakers, creatives, and CBC attendees for an evening of networking and celebration.

The night will feature music by DJ Schemes of 93.9 WKYS, with guests encouraged to dress to impress — business attire is required.
