Project Create Family Art Therapy Classes
Family Art Therapy offers a supportive, engaging group experience where families come together to strengthen connection, communication, and emotional well-being. In a welcoming environment, families will explore creative art processes designed to reduce stress, build resilience, and deepen understanding of one another.
No art experience is necessary — only a willingness to show up, listen, and create together. Whether you consider yourself “artistic” or not, this space is about expression, not perfection.
Each session begins with a shared meal, providing time to settle in and connect as a community. That time together helps create a sense of comfort and belonging before families transition into guided creative work.
Before the group series begins, the art therapist will meet individually with each family to learn about your unique strengths, challenges, and goals. This ensures the experience is thoughtful, personalized, and responsive to your family’s needs. At the conclusion of the series, families will have an opportunity to reflect on their experience and share feedback to support continued growth.

Connection takes intention — and sometimes, a little creativity.
