Early Registration Now Open for Project Create's Spring 2026 Semester

Priority registration is now open for returning Project Create students!

Project Create is proud to announce the launch of its Spring 2026 semester, continuing its mission to provide transformative arts education and healing-centered programming for young people across Washington, DC.

Early registration for Spring 2026 opens January 12, and classes begin on February 9. Families and community partners are encouraged to register early to secure spots for their children and youth. REGISTER HERE.

Throughout the spring semester, Project Create will serve hundreds of children and youth through visual arts, digital media, creative expression, healing-centered art therapy, and more. This program is offered at the Project Create Arts Center in Anacostia and in partnership with schools, shelters, and community-based organizations throughout the city.

“Spring is a season of growth and renewal, and our programs reflect that,” said Christie Walser, Executive Director of Project Create. “Through art-making, young people are given the tools to process their experiences, build confidence, and imagine new possibilities for themselves.”

Project Create has served Washington, DC for more than three decades, ensuring that access to high-quality arts education and healing-centered support is not limited by income or circumstance. As the organization continues to expand its creative home in Anacostia, the spring semester represents an ongoing commitment to equity, wellness, and creative opportunity for all young people.
