Oops... I Did It Again. 🤦🏾♀️
Not my dog but still very cute.
Well... I did it again.
If today's Congress Heights on the Rise newsletter seemed unusually short (as in, one post short), here's what happened.
My new medication has me feeling extra sleepy, and this morning I overslept. Once I finally got moving, I realized I needed to find a 6-foot ladder before my wallpaper installer arrived. Thankfully, my amazing property manager came to the rescue and found one for me (thank you!), but by the time I got everything in place and the installer settled in, time had completely slipped away.
Unfortunately, what I didn't remember to do was push back the scheduled send time for today's newsletter.
So... at the appointed time, off it went.
With one lonely post.
🎵 Oops!... I Did It Again. 🎵
The good news is you're now receiving the newsletter I actually intended to send.
The even better news? My living room is finally getting its long-awaited makeover! I'm having temporary wallpaper professionally installed, and so far it already looks incredible. The gentleman doing the work is fantastic—and he also does professional painting—so I'll be sure to share the finished results once everything is complete.
Between navigating new medications, doctor appointments, and the occasional wallpaper adventure, I appreciate your patience more than you know. Thank you for sticking with me while life has been just a little more chaotic than usual.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some wallpaper to admire.
