The 2018 East of the River Book Festival is a magnet for city dwellers from all wards to enjoy a literary event that highlights the efforts of indie writers, small publishers and independent book shops. This festival will inspire and excite those who enjoy culturally diverse books and have an interest in self-publishing.
We celebrate in two ways:
We encourage all attendees to dress in a costume to reflect a favorite author or book character.
We invite writers to engaging panels and workshops to receive lessons learned and resources.
