Get ready for a tail-wagging good time at one of DC’s favorite pet-friendly events! The Howl-O-Ween Doggy Costume Contest and Vendor Marketplace returns to Dacha Beer Garden (Navy Yard) for an afternoon of furry fun, community, and creativity.
