Now Available: Pepco Customer Relief Fund for DC Residents
Thanks to a charitable contribution from Exelon, Pepco’s parent company, qualifying customers can receive up to $300 in bill assistance per household.
This initiative is especially aimed at limited- to moderate-income households who may be experiencing difficulty keeping up with higher utility bills.
🔹 Who’s Eligible?
To qualify, applicants must:
Be an active Pepco residential customer
Be 60+ days past due on their electric bill
Owe at least $250 or more
Fall within limited- or moderate-income guidelines
⚠️ Please note: Households whose service has been disconnected and finalized are not eligible unless they can cover the remaining balance beyond the credit.
