Michael James Worthy Arrested for Atlantic Street Robbery

The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a suspect for robbing a victim who was delivering food in Southeast. 

On Monday, March 2, 2026, at approximately 2:58 p.m., the victim was delivering food in the 400 block of Atlantic Street, Southeast. The suspect approached the victim and snatched the food from the victim was delivering. The suspect was stopped by responding officers. 

34-year-old Michael James Worthy, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Robbery (Snatch).
