Membership Services Assistant - $35k - $39k

The National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA) seeks an individual to assist with membership records and member services of the Association. This position reports to the Manager of Membership and Marketing. Primary responsibilities include daily maintenance of all membership records, assistance with annual dues renewals, and assistance with various member-related projects. Position also assists with other general office duties, including providing back-up telephone reception for the office. The position requires the following skills: college degree in any field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle a variety of projects and multiple tasks while working with minimum supervision; excellent attention to detail, particularly with database entry and spreadsheets; and excellent proofreading and organizational skills. Familiarity with membership/customer service databases preferred. Salary in the high-30’s with excellent benefits.
