May 31 | Deadline to apply for Fairlawn Citizens Association Scholarships

The Fairlawn Citizens Association (FCA) has two scholarships for students rising to college or vocational school/training. One is FCA-ESA which is open to all Ward 8 residents, and the other is strictly FCA, for members of the Association and students who are affiliated with members.
