July 5 | Fourth of July Concert in Downtown DC

If you're spending the Fourth of July in Washington, DC, there’s only one place to be—right in the middle of the action at the 3rd Annual Fourth of July in the District Concert. This free, family-friendly celebration is quickly becoming a new DC tradition, bringing together incredible music, community spirit, and a front-row seat to one of the best fireworks displays in the country.

Hosted by Mayor Muriel Bowser, along with the U.S. Air Force Band, Events DC, OCTFME, and the DC Department of Parks and Recreation, this year’s concert promises to be the biggest and boldest yet.

Whether you're into smooth R&B, powerful soul, local go-go, or patriotic tributes, there’s something for everyone. This year’s performers include:

  • Jeremih – Grammy-nominated and known for hits like “Birthday Sex” and “Oui”

  • The War and Treaty – The dynamic husband-wife duo known for their powerhouse vocals and soulful performances

  • DC Vybe – A beloved hometown go-go band

  • DJ Quicksilva – Spinning high-energy tracks to keep the crowd moving

  • Plus, the world-renowned United States Air Force Band

The concert takes place on Friday, July 4, with music starting at 5 PM on Pennsylvania Avenue NW, between 12th and 13th Streets NW.
