Jan 17 | Tour + Taste at Anacostia High School
The DC Black MBA Association invites community members to take part in Tour & Taste at Anacostia High School, a free, hands-on event focused on education, sustainability, and local food systems.
Taking place on January 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the event brings volunteers together for a collaborative project in partnership with University of the District of Columbia at Anacostia High School. Participants will have the opportunity to support on-site initiatives, tour the school’s greenhouse, and enjoy a tasting of locally grown vegetables.
Designed to highlight community engagement, urban agriculture, and educational partnerships, Tour & Taste offers a meaningful way to give back while learning more about food sustainability efforts happening right in Anacostia.
