As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department that serves a staff of 150+ across two DC-based locations. This position manages the HR Coordinator and is responsible for developing, leading, and evaluating a variety of human resources functions, policies, and procedures including benefits administration, recruiting, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management and employee relations. The HR Manager is a leader position that consults with management and employees on human resources programs and offerings. As a member of the HR Team, the HR Manager consistently demonstrates support for and embodiment of the HRA Values and helps guide others in doing so.
