FRESHFARM Farm Stand at Anacostia Community Museum on Saturdays

Spring in DC means the return of one of Ward 8’s favorite seasonal staples. The FRESHFARM ACM Farm Stand is back for its fourth season, kicking off this Saturday at the Smithsonian Anacostia Community Museum.

Hosted on the museum’s outdoor plaza, the weekly farm stand brings fresh, locally grown produce and community connection right to the heart of Anacostia. It’s a chance for residents to shop seasonal fruits and vegetables, support regional farmers, and enjoy a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.

The farm stand will run every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., starting April 18 through November 21, 2026, making it a reliable go-to for fresh food all season long.

Whether you’re picking up ingredients for the week or just stopping by to enjoy the vibe, the FRESHFARM ACM Farm Stand continues to be a cornerstone of healthy living and community engagement in Ward 8.
