TOMORROW! Flower Power in Historic Anacostia! Free event!

The Anacostia Business Improvement District and ARCH Development are pleased to announce the return of

SUNDAY, APRIL 15TH
1PM - 5PM

2018 marks the Centennial Celebration of Anacostia Park. The National Park Service in partnership with the 11th Street Bridge project and other community organizations are coming together to host the Anacostia River Festival.

During the Anacostia River Festival, the Anacostia Arts Center, in partnership with the Anacostia BID, will host the free annual Flower Power celebration, a collection of free events taking place in downtown Anacostia! 

Flower Power invites neighborhood residents and those visiting to explore all that wonderful things that Anacostia has to offer. This year we've expanded the fun by activating several storefront locations along Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave SE! So as you head into the neighborhood from the Anacostia metro, expect several pitstops of fun along the way.
