I understand—it’s never easy to report an animal in distress or facing neglect. It can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, especially when the situation involves a neighbor or stranger. But speaking up can save a life. Animals can't ask for help, and your call may be their only chance at safety and care. If you see a pet left in dangerous heat, without shelter, food, or proper care, please don’t hesitate to report it. Compassion means action—and your voice can make all the difference.
