Everyone Home DC seeks Lead Street Outreach Case Manager - $58k to $60k/year
Everyone Home DC’s Street Outreach Program engages individuals experiencing homelessness throughout Capitol Hill, connecting them to housing, supportive services, and pathways toward long-term stability. The Lead Street Outreach Case Manager provides leadership for the organization’s street outreach and housing-focused case management efforts while maintaining an active presence in the community. This role combines direct outreach with program leadership, helping shape outreach strategy, strengthen Housing Problem Solving practices, build community partnerships, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. We are seeking a collaborative, mission-driven leader who is passionate about ending homelessness through Housing First, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.
