Today's East of the River Fall Fest has been POSTPONED to August 30th

Hey Folks - Because of the rain forecast the East of the River Fall Fest has been postponed to August 30th but stop by the Max Robinson Center TODAY (8/23) from 12-3PM (or until the rain starts) for free meals from Whitman Walker & Caribbean Citations!

East of the River Fall Fest is Whitman-Walker's annual back-to-school supplies giveaway and community block party hosted at our Max Robinson Center in historic Anacostia. Each year, this free festival brings together multiple organizations, partners and community members for an afternoon of live performances, GO-GO, food, HIV testing and fun!

Please join us on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 3:00pm – 6:00 pm for the 4th Annual East of the River Fall Fest! The festival takes place at Max Robinson Center located at 2301 Martin Luther King Jr., Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20020 – right near the Big Chair.

Get ready for the school year while enjoying an afternoon of music and entertainment from local artists, along with free food provided by Caribbean Citations! Free HIV testing will be available through our mobile testing van!
