Exercising releases endorphins leading to a true happy hour. It’s time to get the blood flowing, calories burning, and happiness surging at a FREE Bootcamp! Hurry while the sessions are still FREE!

Join us Thursdays at either our 6:30-7PM high intensity or 7-8PM regular session. For the brave folks: come to both!

What is Camp Happy Hour?

A bootcamp with functional-based group exercise for all ages and fitness levels.

We take practical, everyday movements and apply them in a team setting. 

What can I expect at Camp Happy Hour?

  • Dynamic warm-ups that promote active blood flow through the body

  • Stretches to increase muscle strength and flexibility

  • Explosive calisthenic workouts (bodyweight exercises)

  • Carefully tailored routines that limit the risk of tears and injury
