Applications Open: Martha’s Table Community Kitchen Summer Cohort

Aspiring food entrepreneurs in Ward 8 have an exciting opportunity this summer. Martha's Table is now accepting applications for the Community Kitchen initiative’s summer cohort, a program designed to support the growth of local food businesses and entrepreneurs of color.

The Community Kitchen program provides participants with access to Martha’s Table’s state-of-the-art commercial kitchen facility, along with the tools, training, and support needed to turn culinary ideas into sustainable businesses. The initiative is offered in partnership with the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC) and prioritizes business owners of color who live or work in Ward 8.

What participants receive

Entrepreneurs accepted into the Community Kitchen program will benefit from:

  • Access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen

  • Comprehensive business and financial training

  • One-on-one coaching and mentorship

  • Opportunities to collaborate with fellow food entrepreneurs

  • Guidance to help scale and sustain their food-based business

Whether you’re launching a new food concept or ready to take an existing business to the next level, this program offers hands-on support in a collaborative, community-centered environment.
