A quick note from a friend of The Advoc8te

After publishing Congress Heights on the Rise on Saturday, Nikki experienced a medical issue that required immediate attention. Thankfully, she was able to receive medical care and is now focusing on rest and recovery.

Unfortunately, that means she wasn't able to keep CHotR updated over the weekend, so she asked me to step in and help keep things running while she recuperates.

For the next few days at least, I'll be helping with posts and updates. Will I do it as well as Nikki? Absolutely not. But I'll do my best, and knowing her, she'll probably still be finding ways to give me directions from the sidelines.

She promises to share an update when she's feeling better and able to return.

She did ask me to pass along one message: listen to your body. Sometimes it's trying to tell you something that you can't see. If something feels off, don't ignore it. Taking the time to get checked out could make all the difference.

In the meantime, she sends her best wishes to everyone and appreciates all of your patience, support, and understanding.
