SALARY: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Brief Description: Primary responsibilities will include responsiblity for all aspects of the camp, as well as supervise a minimum of five (5) camp staff. Organize and schedule camp activities, establish and announce camp goals; plan and monitor camp progress in accordance with stated outcomes and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications: Must be 19-30 years of age; have completed as least one year of college and have plans to complete the college degree; must maintain or have graduated with at least a 2.5 GPA. Must have prior experience working with youth in a classroom or camp setting along with a demonstrated ability to execute a curriculum; must possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Must be available to travel to a training in Knoxville, TN June 2, 2011- June 12, 2011. Travel, meals, and lodging will be provided.
Other Requirements: In the event that an offer is extended, the candidate will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check and/or FBI Fingerprinting, pre-employment physical examination and drug screening as applicable for the position. Note: Job offer is contingent upon receipt of Grant if chosen for this position.
This position IS NOT in the collective bargaining unit.
