Anacostia Playhouse is a registered trade name of Anacostia Playhouse DC, a newly incorporated nonprofit dedicated to reopening and revitalizing this important community institution. As the legal holder of the trade name, no other organization is authorized to use “Anacostia Playhouse” to describe themselves or their activities.

Rebuilding the Playhouse will take many hands and many hearts—but it’s absolutely possible if we work together.
