What do you get the man who has everything? A great husband, adorable dogs, intellect, wit, culinary and decorating skills, humor, and could model fine luxury goods anytime?

The fuck if I know, I have none of those things, so this note will have to do. 😂 

If our building held a Homecoming, you and Zach would be the Homecoming Kings. You guys are just that popular. 

But it's well-deserved. In so many ways, you have given so much to this group, both collectively and individually. When you pop up at our doors, it's a welcome surprise; to be invited to our home is always a treat. 

Your generosity knows no bounds, even if you get a kick out of scaring me on the street. 😂 

Happy Valentine's Day! You are the cat's pajamas, and the kindness that you showed me when Teddy died is something I will never forget and will forever be cherished.
