Frank P Phillips creates abstract paintings concerned with construction, mass, and volume. Informed by elements of architecture and engineering, his works read as blueprints of creative production. Phillips earned his MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2005, and now lives and works in Alexandria, VA.
Phillips is represented by Studio E Partners, LLC, a local business that brings together artists and collectors through private events.
