This man has THIRTY FOUR children.

Sometimes The Advoc8te runs across something that may be outside the focus of CHotR but is of such importance that it is worth sharing here.

The issue of having children out of wedlock and/or teen pregnancy is a huge issue in the District of Columbia, particularly in east of the river communities where resources are already pushed to the limit.  I've always thought that all the social programs and affordable housing in the world won't stop generational poverty until we address family planning and broken families.

Meet Jay. He has 34 children between 17 women.
