Are you having problems with a property managed by Dudley Pro Management/ Dudley Pro Realty?

The Advoc8te will be writing more on this story in the coming days and weeks (for starters, where these problem tenants are coming from and who is paying their rent). For now, take a moment and experience what my neighbors and I have to endure on a regular basis coming from an apartment building located at 215 and 219 Oakwood Street SE "managed" by Dudley Pro Management also known as Dudley Pro Realty, LLC located at 2101 Rhode Island Avenue NE in Ward 5 (two doors down from Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie's campaign office). Yesterday, The Advoc8te met with the senior management of Dudley Pro Realty and requested they hire a security guard (even temporarily) for their apartment building -- they refused then asked me to leave. I suppose this problem is not a serious to them as it is to those of us in the community.

215/219 Oakwood Street SE is owned by Oakwood LLC -- if anyone out there can find out who the principals are of Oakwood LLC The Advoc8te would really appreciate it!
