NEW FEATURE: Poll of the week

The Advoc8te is trying something new on CHOTR. A weekly opinion poll in the header. The plan is to run a weekly poll on just about anything, but especially on River East and Ward 8 topics. For this first poll I posted it today to run for a week but if this feature is successful I think I will post new polls on Mondays to run for a week.

So please vote and if you have additional comments I am going to include a separate post (following this one) for folks to expand on their answers.
