By the time I got my camera to cooperate I missed the chance to record the Welcoming Remarks (which were very good) by r.e.e.l. members Charles Wilson and Kelly Armstead, but I did get the always hysterical Phill Pannell and Jacque Patterson, the newly elected Prez of the Ward 8 Democrats.
