443 Orange Street: Stop Work Order Lifted?

Yesterday I saw that activity has resumed at 443 Orange Street SE. There was a lot hammering going on and the front door was off the hinges so I am assuming that they got the stop work order lifted but who knows. I did get some pics. Still no word if this is going to be a private or commercial residence and no word if this week's scheduled tax auction of the property is stil on.  Inquiring minds want to know.
