They haven't sold out yet or is it that the market downturn caused a rash of foreclosures? I visited in 2004 and I was shocked at the asking prices. Hopefully the prices are more reasonable so that the people who do buy can stay in those homes.
Nope - not a foreclosure problem at all. Savoy just haven't sold out yet. Understandably the economy has resulted in a a slow down but units are still selling or are going for a lease to own. Great thing about the property is that our appraisal prices are holding. Very good news and I guess the prices points are subjective because to us they seem very reasonable when considering the location and the amneties. The units are priced for working class folks making between 45 -60k a year.
I think 163 is the starting price for a 1 bedroom. The 2 bedrooms are in in the 200k range.
