This is so sad. My heart goes out to our young men that can not find anything. When they are not working they will be more likly to hang outside with friends and become targets of crime. Or even worse target someone else. Man, this really breaks my heart. I think we should have discussion and video tape them for the blogs. That way we can put more of the stuggles of Ward 8 in the media.
This is sad.....there are definitely people in our ward who really WANT to work! But, a lot of places won't give them the opportunity or there aren't any positions available. And when people aren't working the survival mentality kicks in....everyone has to eat right? It's a cycle that needs to be broken. We need jobs for the people in our ward...
