The signs went up in the storefront windows inside the huge suite at the Shops at Park Village. The Parklands-Turner library is being relocated. This will be a PERFECT location for the library and will really upgrade the former kiosk to a fully functioning library. The library will join Subway, Wachovia, Dots, Giant and IHOP as mall tenants.
